You can be as strong as the boys without being one of the boys.  

On top of all of the great lessons that we ladies can learn from being on a team, I hope that these girls walk away with that.  That they can own their beauty, individuality, femininity, strong side and soft side. Embrace it all ladies and never forget how powerful you and your girl gang are! 

My husband and I have had the honor of coaching this exact team of girls for the past two seasons with our other awesome coaches, Rick and Ryan.  Last year was great, but this year we all just clicked and these girls had an amazing season with just one loss and took 1st place at their only tournament.  When one of our girls' moms brought up the idea for a session like this, I jumped on it!  We kind of threw it together pretty fast, but I think it worked out perfectly! I'm a little heartbroken that we only have two more games together and some will be moving up next season, but I know I will remember this exact team and how proud I am of every single one of these little powerhouses.  Thank you to Dillsburg Girls Softball Association for giving these girls a place to learn teamwork, dedication, and self-confidence!
